Typical M. O. for socialism. Enact a tax that people HAVE to pay but can’t afford, then offer to give them the money(collected by tax) to pay the bill, forcing them to be dependent on the government for assistance and to survive. I say burn the whole system to the ground and start again.
I thought Congress controlled the purse strings.
Or has that succumbed to the imperial presidency, too?
