It’s more than likely that she’ll arrive just in time to arrest the good citizen for a weapons violation . This sounds like a setup, as much as it does an excuse for her unwillingness to do anything in a terrorist scenario.
It’s win-win for the loopy leftist chief: If the citizen wins, she gets to swoop in and protect the public from the gun-toting white christian lunatic, and if the terrorists win, she has someone to blame.
