Exactly. This SCOTUS is utterly corrupted and compromised to the point that damn near anything that effin' Kenyan wants, he gets. Thomas, Scalia & Alito are the only Justices who appear to NOT be subject to blackmail probably because nothing could be found on them. As for the rest of the court?

They're mostly Communists, and Kennedy just loves to play 'human sword of Damocles', tossing decisions one way or the other.
