Reminds me of two cartoons from many years ago, the one on the left said "THEN" and showed a bunch of white sheep surrounding a single black sheep with stern stares of disapproval, then the cartoon on the right said "NOW", showed all black sheep surrounding the one white sheep, with the same stern glares.

He should state publicly that because it's so well known how badly he abused them, that rather than reviewing them on a case-by-case basis with possible retraction (which gives BO the presumption of validity), that they'd be undone in masse, with a review in case a few were VALID, then they'd be reinstated. That would cause explosions of liberal heads throughout the land, and would actually be better for the public, so it's not just symbolic.
