Somewhere there is a recording of Hussein declaring Shaheed in Arabic in front of the dignitaries from all those Moslem countries in Cairo. That is definitive. He has the educational background to know what it is he said and to know that it is THE declaration of Moslem faith. When said in front of that particular crowd it is absolute. He declared to many Moslem leaders including some noted imams that he is, in fact and totally, a Moslem. I heard it in the first coverage of the event. I was raised in Istanbul and heard the muezzins call it five times a day for years. I know it when I hear it. And that sweetest sound? It is the muezzin calling shaheed from the minaret.
