Actually, a very good idea, but the pace the US Gov't moves at, they will have this plan ready in 2027.

In Vietnam, US special forces would spike ammo found in dumps along the Ho Chi Minh trail, or on enemy KIA's, with exploding rounds. They would also poison rice stores. The Vietnamese didn't trust the Chinese-supplied goods to start with.

This drug is a combination of amphetamine and theophylline. It acts as a pro-drug for both so it’s like taking amphetamine (eg. Benzedrine) and drinking a lot of strong tea.

But the drug sounds like just the ticket, to get one in the mood for suicide bombing, or flying planes into skyscrapers.
