I guess the Atlantic feels compelled to cover for Obama by saying the focus and purpose of ISIS is not clear. Obama knows exactly what ISIS is. Now all the libs will go around talking about how perplexing it all is. They already are calling the Paris op a “complex” operation. Get some guys to go in a shoot up a dance hall...so complex..
