Let's say Trump or Cruz (or Trump/Cruz) gets elected, and the Senate remains in GOP hands, maybe 52-48, almost certainly meaning that McConnell remains the Majority Leader. Does McConnell give Trump, or Cruz, everything he wants? Does Paul Ryan?
