FL GOV SCOTT-WH Won't Give Us Background Information on Refugees, Won't Explain How Our Vetting (tr)

Florida Governor Rick Scott (R) stated that the White House told him the White House wouldn’t explain how the US refugee vetting program is better than France's and they wouldn’t give him any authority to make decisions for my state, or law enforcement background information on refugees in an interview broadcast on Wednesday’s Hannity on the Fox News Channel.

Scott said, "it’s really concerning, I got on the White House call last night. I asked three questions. Number one, how’s your vetting better than the French vetting? Because I’m sure the French government didn’t want a — somebody to pose as a refugee, and come into their country and be a terrorist. He just said, it’s just better. Number two, are you going to give me or my law enforcement the information — the background information? No, we’re not. And number three, are you going to give me any authority to make decisions for my state? No."

“...are you going to give me any authority to make decisions for my state? No.”

There is so much wrong with a governor who asks that question of the White House. It is incredible.

0bama will blame republicans if another terrorist attack happens in the USA and he has all but guaranteed it will happen by his willingness to allow it . Until now I have never allowed my self to actually hate any one person like hate this bastard . He should be interred at Gitmo with the rest of the radical muzzies he so adores .

It’s sick that just because he appears black that no one dares touch him. He’s got the race card and the media to enforce it.

Want to stop this? Park them in politicians’ neighborhoods. Put them in their children’s schools. See why we’re opposed.

Excellent suggestions. Maybe then they will know what its like to have to fear for the safety of family/friends

The fear of confrontation goes beyond his blackness or racism ,,, they fear an all out civil war from the black population who still stands behind him regardless of all his failures . I call it RACIAL BLACKMALE .

But we have a vigorous vetting system. Don’t you believe that? (Sarc)

Scott: "And number three, are you going to give me any authority to make decisions for my state? No."

There is a big part of his problem right there.

Right. Because it’s just “a part of their culture” to describe themselves as terrorists. Who are we to question another’s cultural beliefs?? Come on now!!

Newsflash Rick: You have to take the authority and keep the refugees out. You don’t ask the Feds if its OK you idiot. Of course they will say no. The Constitution itself gives you the right to inspect any candidate for refugee status and pretty much they need to be fleeing from religious persecution. Too bad the Governors and their Attorney Generals seem so uninformed about the laws. Even the immigration laws give them a say so in this stuff.
