I've shot down both easily from liberals on both. As far as the story of Jesus birth, they were turned away simply because the inn was full. The people didn't turn them away. The Inn they wanted to stay at had no room. The story of white settlers actually supports those opposed to unchecked immigration. Was the influx of European settlers a positive or negative to the Indigenous population? That is what happens when two separate cultures collide.
