Again, “WE HAVE NO LEADERSHIP”. Obama was talking straight to TRUMP, in France. Mocking Donald for terms like “America winning” and “America Leading”, that he was too busy for all that.

Only Trump supporters knew who Obama was talking about, who was in his head.
