It would if it were actually a religion instead of a totalitarian form of government cloaked in religious terms. The First Amendment bans theocracies. Also their Sharia Law is unconstitutional.

Well it would be better to expel them before you have none of those rights anymore because you are now governed bt sharia law. They are gray areas so take your pick.

And that’s what the muslims are counting on. They’ll use our own laws against us, and when they become a majority they’ll kill our men, and enslave our women.

Not at all. The First Amendment does NOT provide protection to any individuals or groups advocating violence against We The People of the United States. Islam is NOT a religion, it is a political ideology masquerading as a religion and seeking to avail itself of constitutional protections that it is not entitled to. The history of Islam both here and abroad is one of persistent and consistent acts of terrorism, and their philosophy is one not dissimilar to that of the Nazis or any other fascist regime seeking world domination. We shouldn't spend even 5 minutes worrying about their non-existent 'Constitutional protections', we should spend that 5 minutes pumping ammo into the chambers of whatever firearms we have saved up for the day that we must all stand up to protect our Nation.

Unlike the unarmed victims in Paris, THESE citizens here are going to shoot back and kill as many of the Muslim-jihadist sons o'bitches as we have ammo for.

"I think that this idea runs afoul of the First Amendment."

Not really. All muslims support the imposition of sharia law in all countries. That makes them traitors to the constitution. So we deport all of them on the basis of their treason - not because of their religion.

If that doesn't fly then I'm willing to just kill all of them. Yeah - I'm harsh.

You've already received several replies, so this is just piling on.

1) Islam's unholy books tell them to either convert (that is OK), enslave (not OK), or kill (definitely not OK) those who do not follow their "religion". By any sane measure, this is not a religion that is allowable - if a Nation wants to survive. The Brits banned the 'Thuggee' religion because it was not compatible to civilization; likewise other Nations have banned religions that practiced human sacrifice. The First Amendment is not an open invitation to worship in a manner that is destructive to society.

2) I am sure it did not cross the minds of the Founding Fathers -- who came from lands that had been at war with Islam for over a thousand years -- that their descendants would every invite such a pestilence onto their shores (or if they did -- they probably deserved what they got). Thus there was no exclusion comment. I.e., 'Freedom to worship -- unless you are following some satanic prophet called Mohammad'.

The Constitution is in tatters now, thanks to a leftist majority on the Supreme Court and to the legions of leftists that have a home in the Democrat Party.

Perhaps they’re right about one thing: the Constitution needs to be reflective of today’s world.

America will be reeling from eight years of Obama and the incursion of thousands of Muslims and their mollycoddling. A dose of a Pinochet-type rule may be in the cards in order to cleanse this central socialist government and morph it into a small, non-interfering one.

Then the government may revert to a Constitutional republic so that the vicious cycle may begin once more. Look how many years it took to become corrupted.
