I’m not quite sure what you’re insinuating, but I think the simplest explanation is the most likely one — this work was done by evil Islamists in retaliation for Russia bombing ISIS.
I am not insinuating anything, these guys are going to end up as a guest of Putin’s interrogators and it is not going to go well for them or anyone else they give up before they expire.
