I really don’t concern myself with anyone’s opinion on the issue. It doesn’t change the FACT that we were right.
One Tuesday, I said it would rain Wednesday. It turned out I was right. Unfortunately, I did not cover my woodpile or remind anyone else to do so, etc. So my observation was correct, but not as useful or interesting as it could have been. It made me feel very good however. So that was rather liberal of me.
Then it stopped raining.
