Just take a look at Ft. Hood Texas, Boston Mass. or Paris or the many other places in the west where the jihadis are killing non-muslims.

They have all said they would not accept them but how will they do that? States have no immigration policies. States have no ICE type organizations. These refugees are approved by the state department just like H1B or any other “legal” immigrant. States can’t refuse that type of person.
If all this refusing is possible then why not refuse illegals and throw them out of the various states where they are not wanted?
