The French are soft targets for a lot of reasons, one of which is their refusal to stand up for themselves.

Soft is guaranteed to get you dead with Islam. They are dirty, stinking, slinky rat cowards and revel in killing defenseless human beings for sport.
They are targets because Muslims are so embedded in France they blend in without raising an eyebrow.
You’d never see this in say, Warsaw, because a couple of Arab-types there would stick out like a sore thumb. And Poles will make damn sure it stays that way.
