I don’t eat cannedsoup that often really, but I generally avoid anything with a ‘low’ anything label. They have cut down a lot of things without telling us already so I figure they took a chainsaw to anything with ‘low’ on it.

Ravioli, Spaghetti Os, all the Chef Boyardee stuff tastes like generic store brand now after their last cut a couple years back as well. That was a prime example of the non labeling thing. They announced it but don’t label it. I used to love it in that rot gut beer sort of way.

I have a bunch of it stocked up for the SHTF scenario but thats just a convenience thing. It ain’t because I like it. It’s simply calories.

I’m not a picky eater. I actually prefer just very basic food. I would rather go to In and Out Burger than a French restaurant. OR slop a burrito together from the fridge than a 5 star Mexican place. But stuff today, basic or not so basic, just tastes bad to me because of all the regulatory BS and food joints catering to the health crowd.

I made the mistake of buying some `Smart Choice’ frozen dinners for wifey and me. Sometimes when I’m down with migraines it’s all I can do to heat something up.
Anyway, that night I was like ALF trying to digest a cat swallowed whole: “I don’t remember eating that!” It was awful, not as bad but like Mexico.
Stouffers ain’t too bad. The fattier the better, like their lasagna. With extra meat.
