“laws of naturalization” are acts of Congress!
So if an act of Congress says that people born here and who are subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. are citizens at birth then that means they aren't natural-born citizens.
A fact that you wouldn't think you would have to tell someone who is discussing this topic.
