What he says he’ll stop short of is giving them citizenship, which to me doesn’t mean much—because after they’ve been legalized they’ll be certain to be granted citizenship before too long, even if not directly by President Cruz.

Ted Cruz pointed out Two Strategic reasons to END Illegal Immigration:

1) Economic job loss and crime (everyone gets that)

2) Political change (permanent).



Obama wants to turn Texas and Florida into "new" Californias, in terms of a "permanent" liberal-democrat feudal state.

This is Ted Cruz's BIGGEST concern.

That's why ALL of the Illegals MUST be deported.

ALL thirty million.

Otherwise, America becomes the "new" Mexico that Yeb Bush wants to make the United States.

Right—all kinds of rhetoric against the ills of illegal immigration, but not one word dealing with “non-criminal” illegals. And, when someone from the media asks him how he would deal with illegals here presently, he says, we don’t need to answer that now, we just need to focus on the first step of securing the border.

Cruz is very specific in addressing deportation for “criminal illegal immigrants” only. He’d legalize most of the current 30 million illegals here now.
