At Mizzou, a case of the tail wagging the Tiger

Football players at the University of Massachusetts should go on strike.

They should refuse to show up for practice or play in any more games this season until their demands are met.

Their complaint is that they just can't win any football games. The team so far this season is 1-8, last year it was 3-9, the year before it was 1-11, the same as it was in 2012.

So if the new president of UMass can't do anything about it, then he ought to resign, and the football players should refuse to play anymore games until he does so, just as the president did at the University of Missouri.

I liked the end of the article “as for white privilege, I wish I knew where I could get some”...

They suck.

They used to be Okay. But they have dreams of being a national contender. It will never happen. What top recruit is going to bypass FSU, Alabama, or Notre Dame to come to Western MA.

Give it up and stick to basketball.

I hope the Mizzou fans take some extra oxygen to the next game so they can do some collective “BOO” s at 100 decibels.
