It is not like you have to be in shape to do police work anyways...
Women want to be treated and paid just like men. Except when they can’t hack it - then they want to be treated special.
I would say that stamina and agility and quickness are just as important as brute strength but if brute strength is all that is tested then women can not surpass men ever....
