I think Trump has some better ideas than that up his sleeve. If they refuse, he’ll have a better plan than just cutting off foreign aid. In fact, he’ll probably eliminate all foreign aid to begin with. He has pointed out that the U.S.A. is a debtor nation and has no business giving money away abroad.
