I`d ad to those laws a few crucial items:

You massively fund E-Verify

You make it a Felony to attempt to evade E-Verify or subvert it`s process of verification thru ID fraud or any payoff/bribery with long, mandatory jail sentences and MASSIVE fines.

You enact laws that are INTENTIALLY DESIGNED to financially eviscerate and bankrupt any entity, company, or corporation that dares to employ anyone that is an illegal. You also enact mandatory jail sentences.

You take those funds raised via the fines and give rewards to the individuals AND police agencies who turn in or arrest employers and entities that aid illegals in the US-I call that 'The drop a dime, make a bundle act."

You make it a felony and federal offense to give any illegal ANY taxpayer funded largess, backed with massive fines and mandatory jail time for violations.

And last but certainly NOT least. You strip Sovereign Immunity from ANY governmental official AND agency for offering aid or assistance, to include 'sanctuary cities', to illegal aliens.

With such teeth, there will be no need to create and empower a US Gestapo that WILL INVARAIBLY BE TURNED AGAINST US, the same way they`ve turned the NSA, Patriot Act, the no fly lists, the executive orders,... The freakin list goes on and on!

Don`t support their Hegelian Dialectic, they create this illegal alien problem then step in with the solution, the last trappings of the police state, it`s working that`ll be coming for Conservatives, given we don`t support that police state.

I agree in principle. The average employer inclined to hire foreigners illegally needs to come to the conclusion that it just is not worth the risk. We also need to make it easier to turn in scofflaws and provide a financial incentive to do so.
