First, Fox Business is a big winner. This debate is what all the other debates should have been. The questions were substantive, the candidates had time, and the moderators did not try to be the stars of the show. It was really well done and informative.
On the stage, Rubio and Cruz continued to shine. Cruz, again, did not get the most speaking time, but he made every word count. When Rand Paul seemed to get the better of Marco Rubio in an exchange on spending for defense, Cruz came back and devastated both. Cruz took on the ridiculous sugar subsidy, which Rubio supports, and used it as a way to beat Paul on isolationism.
If Cruz and Rubio tied, Fiorina came in after them. She had a commanding performance, to the point that Trump called her out for rudely interrupting.

I wanted to strangle Carly last night. Her rude and obnoxious filibuster should have been SHUT DOWN!
When you get down to it, Carly is as unlikeable as Hillary. Her record as an executive worked out great for enriching Carly, but the companies she ran into the ground and the people she left unemployed..not so much.
I would love to see her OFF the stage along with Kasich, Paul, and Yeb.
Sorry for the multiple posts, am posting from android device for first time.

I’m posting from a desk top - same problem, yesterday. So far o.k. today.
OK; OK;OK’OK!
Anyway, back on topic, I am wondering if anyone who watched the actual debate can summarize.
It is just a matter of time before the field is whittled down to Trump, Carson, Cruz and Rubio. Everybody knows it.
{”Iâm not inclined to believe any analysis by Fox News of the event. They no longer speak for me. I do agree with them on the commendable performance of Fox Business Network and the moderators.”}
I’m shocked they gave kudos to Cruz since the GOPe hates him.
Fiorina—Constipated windup doll.

Wow... a fiver. Must be going for the record.
I think most of them did very well and it was largely a sane and sober debate.
The only losers were Kasich and Jeb, who seem to beleive they are running for president of Mexico.
...with a grating voice stuck on staccato!
....and no discernable facial expression.
Why would you ever let anyone speak for you, let alone Fox News? Speak for yourself.
“Fiorina-_Constipated windup doll.”
Now if we could just remove that annoying recording....
I watched and for once the mods didn’t try to take over the process. They asked the questions
and let the participants answer without interjection their views. There is a several hunderd
post thread from last nite if you want to scan it.
Here’s a short summary of each candidates performance. Each had his/her moments, imo.

Erick Erickson is an odious little toad who hates Trump. He is GOPe shill of the worst sort.
It’s unclear to me if Trump’s comment was being boo’d. One of the other candidates cut in very quickly to agree and added some, that may have triggered the boo’ing.
Trumps comment was legitimate, but out of place as most of all the other candidates interrupted each other all the time.
It was an amazing debate. Audience participation with cheers and jeers. The energy was very high. I think the Democrats are in real big trouble.
Snarly wants a shooting war with everyone, doesn’t matter who it seems, her inner spirit must thrive on warfare, a very dangerous person if given a weapon.
“the Nominee just has to be one of us DC Beltway insider types, it cannot possibly be one of these icky outsiders”
I loved that Trump shut her down. She was rude and had to interject in everything.
