Obama has repeatedly objected to the ban and earlier this year vetoed another version of the bill -- but this new version passed the Senate on a 91-3 vote Tuesday, and cleared the House on a 370-58 vote, signaling that he'd have a tough time getting Congress to back him up should be try to veto this one.

He will, I predict, give Guantanamo away to Cuba as part of the "new relationship" with the Cuba dictatorship.

Agreed. I don’t doubt in the least that his plan from the start was to close Gitmo, cuddle up to Castro and give it back to the commies.

He’ll get it done before he goes is my guess.
