I’ve been hearing about these racial incidents for a couple of days now. Any links which actually name people and places??
For what it's worth here's the Student Newspapers account of it. No idea of the accuracy.
Having said that, like I said there's always been talk about racial tensions at Mizzou. Certain parts of town blacks don't go to. Certainly areas of the campus whites need to avoid. I don't know which side is more to blame and I certainly don't think it's any significant percentage of the student population that cause it. But way back when my friends and I were talking about colleges, a couple of black friends talked about the Columbia campus and how they wouldn't go there. So it's not a recent thing.
