Tonight's presidential debate moderators are under just as much scrutiny as the candidates themselves after last month's embarrassing CNBC free-for-all.
-snip-
Her co-moderator Neil Cavuto said his goal is to make himself "invisible." He will have a lot easier time achieving that than Bartiromo will. The other member of the panel is Wall Street Journal Editor In Chief Gerard Baker.

British National.
Foreigner.
"In Exile" in the US on a work visa
Can't vote.
Amnesty pimp.
Globalist stooge.
Jeb Bush fan.
John McCain groupie.
Moderator at John McCain foundation events.
Collaborator with Karl Rove on anti-Trump WSJ Op-Eds.
Why the hell is he moderating this debate?
And what other countries let foreigners moderate their debates?
Sounds like he will be a potential PITA!!! Maria...not so sure about her. Neil....I think he would be fair and ask direct questions.
I'd be delighted to have Geert Wilders or Ayaan Hirsi Ali ask some questions.
Of the three moderators, only the FOREIGNER has a NON-FOREIGN SOUNDING name.
Sounds like Baker and Piers Morgan were separated at birth. The Brits must keep their good journalists at home and send the crappy ones here.
Reinhold Richard "Reince" Priebus
Hell if a candidate can’t handle a foreign national then he/she probably dosen’t need
to be president. The candidates will do just fine, imo. The issue should be the questions
asked and not the moderators nationality. Now if he’s not neutral then it is noteworthy.
Take the questions, say thank you for the question then lead off with what you want to say. Ignore him as unimportant.
Why is a foreigner allowed on such?
Oh, I forgot. This is all about manipulating elections with outside influence. A huge fact from 2008 that most Americans still don’t know about.
How many foreign countries let Americans moderate their political debates?
How many foreign countries let Americans moderate their political debates?

Don’t know and don’t give a hoot. The situation is there is one in this debate and it’s
the candidates business to handle any questions he proposes. They have options and
it will be interesting to see how they can handle them. If they can’t handle a little adversity
then they don’t deserve to be in the White House.
The cream will rise......
You should be concerned that the GOPe and the RNC have assigned a non-voting foreigner to interrogate our candidates in this debate.
These media clowns STILL do not get it.
They are there to ask simple, direct policy questions. It is not the moderator’s job to make editorialize attacks pretending to be questions or argue with the candidates about their answers.
But of course the narcissists blow hards that pollute the clown media cannot conceive of the possibility that they are not there to mug for the cameras and clown for their fellow media types.
And these idiots wonder why they have a 7% approval rating with the US People.
If this guy gives Trump any crap, Trump will step on him like a big.
No, that is nonsnese. The notion that this staged show trial pretending to be a “debate” is just part of the process is nonsense. These a farcical waste of time as long as the stooge media insists on interjecting their bigoted world view into the debate.
Moderators are not there to take part in the debate. So far the 1st three have been about Clown media types posturing for the cameras with utter inane moronic questions.
Here is a REAL question that will NEVER be asked because it would require a REAL moderator, not a media clown to ask it.
Why do you want to be President?
It the other candidates, NOT the Moderator, who is suppose to take on the candidates answers. Unfortunately our blowhard media type have decided they are part of the story, not there to report it.
“Now if heâs not neutral then it is noteworthy.”
Bingo!
These “moderators” are under strict instruction by their Uniparty overlords to Save Jeb Bush.
Don't waste your time attempting to reason with someone who is clueless. Deport probably thinks this guy has the "right to vote" as well.
Simply stated, Mr. Baker has "no standing" in this election and should be disqualified.
Isn't it enough that we have to endure the inherent bias of the liberal press who conducts these debates? Now we have to put up with a foreigner who has lived here since the 80s but has shown no allegiance to this country since he remains a British citizen.
Shame on the GOPe for agreeing to this. And shame on the candidates as well for putting up with GOPe/media ground rules.
Again, don't waste your time with the clueless types like Deport. They are part of the problem.
