they're planning to restrict their training to private property and to Camp Swift. County Judge Paul Pape fully supported the new round of training. He says, "We were actually very pleased with the way the exercises came off last summer. There was not an incident." Commissioners noted there was a lot of nervousness and Judge Pape hopes Special Forces can do a better job of keeping that in check. He also added a couple of personal requests. Judge Pape says, "I did ask them to not have a catchy acronym as the title and to not have a map that labeled Texas as enemy territory."
