What’s not in dispute is that we both wait.

I wait comfortable in the knowledge that the scriptures have not been broken. You wait in the silence knowing that if the Messiah has not yet come, and yet your temple lies in ruins, the scripture is broken and no future Jewish Messiah can ever fulfill the scriptures.

That’s a lot of projecting. I would project in kind though.

One of your earliest prophecies unfulfilled (”.. In your lifetimes... “) you adopt the Christian faith in the one who absorbed all the burden and wiped your hands of that very one’s Law (The written and oral Torahs) and live out millenium in a “comfortable “ state.

Nothing of our scripture (back to our opinion) is broken, rather yet-to-be-fulfilled and we await his imminent coming-with intense yearning. (There is a Song {of Songs} which describes that desire.)

Which wait is more real?
