He probably didn’t get his own card because he is a poor credit risk. So, that’s probably why he used the GOP card for personal expenses. He’s also a poor presidential risk.
You probably are right. Or Rubio’s cards were maxed out and he was living above his income and could not afford any unexpected expense so he charged it on the GOP card. It was totally inappropriate any way you look at it.
