Frontex to deploy forces on Greek-Albanian border

The European Union border protection agency Frontex says it will deploy forces along Greece’s border with neighboring Albania.

Frontex head Fabrice Leggeri on Friday told Albanian television station Top Channel the agency wants to prevent migrants from attempting to reach Western Europe by traveling through Albania.

That route isn’t used at the moment by the large number of people fleeing conflict and poverty in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Tirana says, however, it has made preparations to shelter refugees should they begin arriving during the winter.

Leggeri said there was no plan for a camp in Albania as “that could be a burden on the countries in the region and it is not in line with the union’s decisions for the distribution of the emigrants from Greece to the other EU countries.”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but Frontex probably only has a hundred security-related guys? I don’t see what good this will do.

Greece an EU member. The EU plan is to let them flood into Greece, and keep them from going any further. Nice plan, unless you’re a Greek of course.

They're not necessary in Albania, the Muzzie terrorist state that supplied the filth to Muzzify Kosovo at NATO gunpoint.

Don't want 'em moving North, want 'em moving West to Italy.

Once the young children and very old start dying of exposure, the fuse will be lit. Already there is rioting in the German camps; and that has brought out native Nationalists into the streets to oppose them, demanding Merkle deport them. This dynamic is ready to explode everywhere in Europe Refugees have been stalled in mass. History in Europe Has usually been to argue among themselves, and then let a problem take it’s own course.
In the more recent past Europe has looked to American leadership to solve problems of political paralysis. That is not happening this time, and tens of thousands of deaths could well be the result

Greeks are pretty wild people. Some of those immigrants will end up dead.

Everything old is new again, only in reverse. In the 1940s, it was commies headed into Greece from Albania with the US supporting the Greeks with advisors and arms.
