I understand they're working on it. The temporary fix is to delete apostrophes and quotation marks from text that has been copied and then type them back in.

What you can do is copy the text to Notepad and do a Change All.

Also, judicious use of the "Preview" button. When I quoted your post, it messed up your apostrophe. I had to fix it.
