No, he wrote that he had not formed an opinion on TPP, because he hasn’t read it yet. The op-Ed was about TPA and his support for TPA changed when it included immigration language that he and Sessions fought against.

Yes, but Cruz came around and brilliantly, he ultimately energetically opposed the legislation. His position on trade is perfectly defensible from a conservative point of view. I have defended this position at length on these threads.

Next to Senator Sessions, no Senator can claim more energetic opposition to this than Ted Cruz.

I think Donald Trump was donating to Hillary at the time, or perhaps earlier.Trump supporters will be pleased to know that he and Hillary are once again on the same page, they both oppose legislation.
