I think it was around 50/50. We lost some good races in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, and Colorado at least. We did well but not bragging rights. We did much better in 2010 and 2014.
The difference is that republicans gained power where they had none before whereas democrats merely held on to the power they had before.
That’s the difference.
