Where was the 19-year-old Magdeburg University woman “around 4 AM” when she “was ambushed by ‘refugees’”?

Should anyone be assigned “blame” because they were out and about at “around 4 AM”? Hell, there are days I am on my way to work at “around 4 AM”. If I get carjacked (happened), shot, murdered, am I to blame?
Fact is, mudslimes assaulted and raped a German woman because it’s what they do...they’re filth and need to be disposed of.
