At least she wants to change not just ignore the US Constitution.. that is a step up from most libs.
She's almost assuredly being raised by fairly conservative, upper middle class, parents who I can guarantee were vetted nine ways to Sunday by Social Services, both American and Chinese.
Frankly, one of the big reasons Americans have been adopting from China is to avoid all the pitfalls that have been mandated into American adoption.
