I was watching an episode of “Burn Notice,” where everyone in the room had a gun trained on everyone else. The good guy backed out of the room keeping his gun trained on the others. Once outside, he fired off a couple of rounds into the ground and then you hear the shooting start inside. That’s what Trump does metaphorically, and it’s very effective. He’s a very effective provocateur!
