A guy says he wants to expedite the good ones back and you think he doesn't want to expedite the good ones back in.

Your stance that expediting immigrants back into the country to work legally is absolutely ridiculous.
Have you never heard of work visas? You know, the ones that are applied for and sometimes given to immigrants that can prove they have a job and a sponsor?
Also, the ones who work above the table and pay taxes but have no other benefits?
The best way to handle this type of person is to deport them and then “expedite” re-entry by making the company that wants to rehire them agree to sponsor them and be responsible for their actions while in the country.
That is not amnesty.
