That's what happens when we nominate moderates/liberals to run against Democrats. They lose. Over and over again, history proves that we win only when we nominate a solid conservative.
Yet over and over again, we fail to learn the lesson, and we put the blame where it doesn't lie.
... the next step is to abandon the Republican party.
Seriously. Now. On the off-chance miracle that Cruz gets the R nomination, all bets are off, but his nomination is highly unlikely, let's face it, and we know what "choice" we'll be looking at: Pepsi brand bigger government, or Coca-Cola brand bigger government.
It's pretty clear now, apparent here now, that as long as a guy like Romney finds a home in the Republican party, then the Republican party is the wrong party.
It's already clear, very obvious. Yet it's the elephant in the room, taboo. Levin, Rush -- hold-up-the-cross taboo talk.
Like watching a train wreck sometimes! These people seriously think they can avoid being accountable for what they voted for, by claiming that they were instead voting "against" evil incarnate.
They want to say if it wins, "Don't blame me for all the leftism Romney has wrought -- I was just voting 'against' Obama!"
That is "Republican" these days and in spite of what he says, Rush is still the water carrier.
Just venting!
