One story I hope pops up is Boehner's sellout on the budget as he left the House forever.

It has been very quiet about the need to get Senator McConnell out of his role, to complete the set. Of course, trading Boehner for Ryan seems to be just getting a younger version of the same old thing as replacement.

and what happened to Ryan’s demand that he have plenty of time to spend with his family in Wisconsin? Such as he wants a 9-5 weekdays only job?

I have no confidence that Ryan will be an improvement over weepyboy

The worst thing about Ryan is he’s not a drunken lush like Boehner.

At least while Boehner was on a bender he couldn’t do any harm—while now Ryan will have his hands on the wheel all of the time.

Everyone here's worst fear. Just one of the reasons we need to keep a huge bonfire lit underneath Ryan's butt 24/7. He can never be allowed to stray without paying a huge PR price.

He was never our choice for Speaker but there was no one on the horizon that could conceivably be elected.
