What is it with all of this cyrillic script every where?
Are we hacked..or what?
Glad you brought the cyrillic script up, I thought the problem somehow in just my machine.
No Cyrillic script here ... how could it be localized?
Most of it is related to angled quotation marks, both single and double. So when one copies html with those angled marks, the symbols for those marks appear. I'll type a columnar sample of opening and closing single and double quotation marks into Word and copy them here:
Opening single quote or apostrophe: ’
Closing single quote: ‘
Opening double quote: “
Closing double quote: â€
Does that explain it for you? It is a pain to read. There are probably more of these, but you get the idea. To get rid of them, retype those particular characters within the text box when posting.
