Diamond and Silk with their newest video on Wednesday's debate. Hilarious!
1) Vote for a conservative constitutionalist.
2) Go Galt and die in a hail of automatic weapons fire when the Sturmabteilung comes down the farm lane for me.
Your values may vary.
In the primaries I believe we should fight hard for that we believe.
However in the general election we must not only face decisions on agreement with core beliefs, but we must also recognize that there is a danger, an opponent who is not simply less than agreeable, but who’s opinions and policy decisions are exactly counter to conservative philosophy.
In 2008 many folks stayed home assuming that would teach the GOPe a lesson, and get them on board with true conservatism. What that gave us was A. Obama, and B. Romney. So they base stayed home again. Result, more Obama.
I’m not a fan of Sen. McCain’s politics in general, but he would have been a damn sight better than BHO, so would Romney.
I cannot in good conscience sit by, or sit home, or throw a vote to the wind with the specter of a President HR Clinton, or Sanders looms on the horizon.
Through the primaries we should fight. To some extent it is working. Jeb’s campaign is on life support, Lindsay is an afterthought, and Carly is fading fast.
But even Pataki, I use the absurd case to illustrate my point, would be better than HRC.
Certainly agree about the full spectrum support. That is encouraging.
But the (pardon the expression) “ghetto trash jive talk” just leaves me cold. I don’t find the stereotypical loud, brash, cackling, “look at me” schtick funny at all. It seems only one step removed from a knock-down, pull-the-hair-and-screech high school brawl in the hall.
They are black and speak this way. I see nothing wrong with it - it is being true to who they are. I like them!
Now think of the people who speak like that every day. They are the one's who might be swayed to leave the plantation.
You are both right...I’m not the target demographic. I hope they can persuade others imprisoned on the plantation to seek freedom. It is encouraging that the message of self-reliance and Make America Great resonates with them.
