Liberals, out there and on FR that rail against a fence do so because once built, the people would balk like hell at destroying it or neutralizing it via legislation.
They claim we simply need patrols then the patrols are disarmed and Obama ROEs enacted. A fence prevents that. Whatever it costs, it will destroy liberalism. The value of that cannot be measured. With their lifes blood illegals cut off from them, liberals will be forced to work, not bitch. They will then become less liberal as a result.
Existential Cage Theory is also a viable option.
