I think little Rex is just trying to share the limelight ... to feel important. Bet he'll be genuinely surprised when he discovers that there are people far more talented, far more educated, far more wise who disagree with him ... and can capably and zealously defend their contrary positions (unlike the people he exclusively interacts with inside his utopian liberal bubble who all think alike lest they be ostracized and thrust into the cruel world of reality).
Oh, and if Little Rex’s weapon of choice is “the truth”, then he’d better break away from the Leftist/liberal mindset and become at least somewhat familiar with it before “the truth” bites him in the arse!
