Yes, but here's a trick...
If you have a paragraph or so of text, copy it and plug it in to google. In many cases you get to the site.
The comments at the site are humorous, at least.

also, if you are using fireFox, just install the “nosctript”
plugin. when you run across these dang popups, just press the button and scripts magically stop running on the website. This, of course, won’t get you around sites that are password protected. It also destroys those really annoying google survey hijacks
