Yes, I agree. I'm simply suggesting the GOP can hold the debates and distribute themselves. How they do it is up to them.

I'd grant everyone anyone the right to rebroadcast it LIVE without commentary -- let networks like OAN use it to bring viewers to their channel.

I'd also grant anyone the right to use a YouTube clip, as long as it was played in full with no commentary or interruption during the clip. The producers could split the broadcast into one question per clip, followed by all of the candidates answers. That would prohibit people from using a quote out-of-context, and give every candidate an opportunity to be heard.

Finally, I'd grant each candidate the right to use the questions and their answers (one, a subset, or all) into a video to be used by the campaign.
