DOE should clear up theior methane they emit first. It is right up there with a NE town that said Christmas lights are banned because their relationship to GW.

This is stupid.
All vegetable matter decays and produces methane. Pumpkins are no different from wheat straw, carrot tops, or flowers. Or whatever would be growing wild if the land wasn’t cultivated.

the holiday squash is responsible for unleashing greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.Ummmmm.....the pumpkins take CO2 out of the air and move it into a landfill. Sounds like a good way to sequester CO2, if you really believed in Global Warming and if you believed it would be bad.
