Your response # 1, you are overthinking it. Student is suspended and refuses to leave or comes back the next day, they are trespassing. Arrest them, throw them in juvenile detention or jail.

Part of the original comment suggested "firing all private police/security"; I agree that the belligerent students should have the law come down on them, but--have you ever tried dialing "911" in an urban area? It's hard enough to get an ambulance within 20 minutes for a life-threatening situation; if the 911 dispatcher hears that it's a belligerent kid refusing to leave their seat, expect the police to show up 30+ minutes later, if at all.

Also: I taught at an inner-city school with 4000 students, with gang fights during virtually every passing period (usually just fistfight/scuffles, and not usually weapons), and the "I ain't leavin' my desk, an' you can't make me!" situation happened DOZENS of times per day. Calling the city police (much less the county sheriff) for every such incident would be impractical, even if they were completely efficient (which they aren't). There simply have to be "boots on the ground" to get anything done at all (we had 25 security guards and 1 full-time, armed cop).
