In Chrome click the hamburger dropdown menu, click settings, scroll down to show advanced settings and click. Under privacy uncheck “Protect you and your device from dangerous sites. Worked for me.

Just hit details on the orange screen (bottom left) and select the option that lets you continue on to FR.

Unchecking the setting you describe can leave you vulnerable to real threats.

I don’t want to unprotect myself. I am just going to wait and hope it gets resolved by those who know how to resolve it.
