I have been on Free Republic all day in Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome. Normally I’d just use IE 11, but have been running the other two just to see if I could get the malware warning a lot folks have been reporting and I haven’t seen a single one.
So, the question I’d first ask, is why are some but not most getting these warnings?
If it’s an attack, it’s pretty piss-poor.
I followed a FR link to a video about William Casey - since that time I’ve had a cookie called “self-repair.mozilla.org ... and as many times as I erase it - it comes back. Nothing I have works against it.
Maybe there’s a connection.
